After months of close consultation, the client traveled to our manufacturing facility with a batch of their own raw frankincense resin to run a full on-site trial — and left impressed by both the machine and the quality of the oil it produced.
Frankincense from Somalia, harvested from Boswellia trees, is prized globally for its rich, complex aromatic profile — but it is also one of the more demanding raw materials to process. Watching the process was the highlight of the visit. Through the sight glasses, the team could clearly see the distilled layers separating — the essential oil rising as a clean, golden-amber layer above the water phase.

When a sample was drawn into the separator funnel, the aroma and clarity of the oil spoke for themselves. Our technician monitored the distillation throughout the run, and the client tested the collected oil sample step by step.
