A self-contained aseptic workstation that closes the loop between sterilization and packaging. Operators work through glove ports inside a HEPA-protected chamber, so the filled product never meets ambient air — from the last milliliter to the final seal.

One Continuous Sterile Process

From raw liquid to sealed, shelf-stable package — the sterilizer and aseptic filler work as one integrated line, eliminating manual transfer risk and reproducing production-scale conditions.

01 — Preheating & Deaeration

Product is preheated and prepared under controlled conditions before thermal treatment. (60–85 °C)

02 — UHT Sterilization

Indirect heat exchange raises the product to ultra-high temperature for a short hold time, destroying spoilage microorganisms. (135–142 °C)

03 — Rapid Cooling

Product is cooled within seconds, preserving flavor, color and nutritional value. (< 5 s to fill)

04 — Aseptic Filling & Sealing

Cooled sterile product is filled inside the HEPA-protected glove box and sealed without exposure to ambient air. (Sterile zone)
