4. Two-fluid spray atomization structure manufactured from high-precision stainless steel. Powder particle size follows normal distribution with good flowability.
5. Automatic nozzle cleaning (needle) with adjustable frequency. When the nozzle becomes clogged, auto-clearing ensures continuous operation.
6. Feed rate adjustable via peristaltic pump, minimum sample volume requirement of only 30 mL.
7. Built-in safety interlock: heater cannot start unless the blower is running.
8. Built-in imported oil-free air compressor, noise level below 50 dB.
9. Equipped with air intake filter to ensure sample purity.
10. Dried product features uniform particle size, with over 95% of dry powder within the same particle size range.
