I. Equipment Overview

The RY-UHT-20 lab-scale ultra-high temperature (UHT) tubular sterilizer is designed for university laboratories and R&D centers to obtain experimental data. Integrating heating, sterilization, cooling and filling in one unit, it accurately simulates actual production conditions and reproduces production data at laboratory scale. Optional homogenizer and aseptic filling chamber available for complete process simulation.

II. Applicable Products

Milk, fruit juice, condiments, additives, tea beverages, beer and other heat-sensitive liquids. Supports pasteurization, high-temperature sterilization, and UHT sterilization processes.
