It utilizes ultrasonic cavitation to disrupt plant cell walls for high-efficiency extraction at low temperatures. Designed for large-scale continuous production of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), botanicals, supplements, and essential oils.

  1. Ultrasonic Extraction Tank: SUS304/316L mirror stainless steel with immersive transducers. Delivers significantly higher active ingredient yield than conventional methods.

  2. Multi-Stage Precision Filtration: Two-stage (coarse/fine) process with replaceable screens to remove residues before concentration, ensuring clarity and preventing scorching.

  3. Ultrasonic Power System: Independent programmable generator with continuous and pulse modes to protect heat-sensitive ingredients while maximizing extraction.

  4. Vacuum Concentration Unit: Low-temperature negative pressure design (40–85°C) to prevent thermal degradation and achieve precise extract density.

  5. Condensation & Recovery: High-efficiency shell-and-tube condenser for solvent recovery and integrated separator for automatic essential oil collection.
