Dual Effect External Circulation Evaporator is an upgraded version of "single-effect", and its core goal is to save energy significantly while retaining the advantages of "external circulation".
Dual-effect external circulation evaporation equipment represents a classic balance between efficiency and cost. By increasing primary energy utilization, it achieves a significant leap in operating costs compared to single-effect evaporation, while retaining the anti-scaling advantages of external circulation. Its higher initial investment requires long-term steam savings to recoup the cost. For large-scale production with long annual operating times, it is generally a more economical choice than single-effect evaporation.

• Significant energy savings: Its greatest advantage. Steam consumption is reduced by approximately 40-50% compared to single-effect models. High thermal energy utilization leads to significantly lower operating costs.
• It retains the advantages of external circulation: each effect still maintains high flow rate, anti-scaling, and stable operation, making it especially suitable for materials that are prone to crystallization and scaling (such as inorganic salts).
• Large production capacity: Under the same raw steam consumption, the total evaporation water volume is about 1.8 times that of a single-effect system, which is equivalent to expanding the production capacity.
• Suitable for continuous evaporation project with large throughput, high energy consumption costs, and a tendency to scale.
