Dual Effect Falling Film Evaporator

A high-end evaporation and concentration system that combines the efficient "falling film evaporation" principle with the energy-saving "dual-effect" concept.

The system comprises two-stage (efficiency) evaporation units. It is specifically designed for large-scale continuous concentration of high-value, highly heat-sensitive, low-viscosity, and non-fouling liquids.

Product Advantage

• Excellent energy efficiency: Steam consumption is about 50-60% of that of a single-effect falling film steam turbine with the same output, resulting in a significant advantage in operating costs.

• Excellent protection for heat-sensitive materials: Combining the advantages of "falling film" (short residence time) and "co-current" (shorter residence time in the high-temperature zone), it achieves top-level protection for heat-sensitive components, making it the preferred process for juices, high-value extracts, and more.

• High heat transfer efficiency and compact structure: Falling film evaporation itself has a high heat transfer coefficient, and the dual-effect design further improves the thermal energy utilization rate, while the equipment volume per unit capacity is relatively small.

• Continuous automated production: The entire process is continuous and stable, easy to automate and implement CIP (clean-in-place), and suitable for modern large-scale production.
