Forced circulation evaporators are the "powerhouse" in evaporation technology. They trade higher energy consumption and investment for superior ability and reliability in handling the most challenging materials (high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy scaling). In the fields of evaporation crystallization and high-salinity wastewater treatment, they are almost irreplaceable standard equipment. The reason for choosing them is never "efficiency," but rather "ability to handle"—when other evaporators cannot operate stably, they are the ultimate solution.

Product Advantage

Excellent anti-scaling and anti-clogging capabilities: This is its greatest advantage. The extremely high flow velocity inside the pipe generates a strong scouring effect on the pipe wall, which can effectively prevent grain adhesion and scale formation, making it particularly suitable for handling materials that are prone to crystallization, scaling, and precipitation of solids.

Strong viscosity adaptability: The forced circulating pump provides power to handle materials with extremely high viscosity (such as polymer solutions and high-concentration syrups) that cannot be handled by natural circulation.

Suitable for evaporation crystallization: It is the preferred type of equipment for crystallizing salts and chemicals. Controlled crystallization can be achieved by creating supersaturated conditions in the separator and using seed crystals. High-flow-rate circulation promotes crystal growth and prevents scaling inside the heater.

High heat transfer coefficient: High-speed turbulence greatly enhances convective heat transfer inside the pipe, resulting in a high heat transfer coefficient.

High operational flexibility and stable operation: The circulating power does not depend on the boiling point difference, resulting in more stable operation and stronger adaptability to load changes.
