Look at a typical botanical extraction floor and you'll see the problem immediately: an extraction tank here, a pipe bridge snaking across the ceiling, a single-effect concentrator tucked in the corner, and a maze of transfer lines connecting them all. Every flange is a leak point. Every pump is a residence-time variable. Every meter of uninsulated transfer pipe is energy bleeding into the air. And when you're processing heat-sensitive actives — polyphenols, flavonoids, alkaloids — that thermal exposure between unit operations silently kills your yield.
The RY-NSG Series eliminates the gap. It integrates extraction and vacuum concentration into a single closed-loop skid, so your actives never travel, never cool down, and never degrade between steps.
When extraction and concentration are decoupled, three things happen:
The RY-NSG Series addresses all three by keeping the process contained from raw material loading to concentrated extract discharge.
Material is loaded into the jacketed extraction vessel. Solvent (water, ethanol, or mixed) is circulated through the bed by a high-flow pump, maintaining turbulent contact between solvent and solids. Temperature is controlled via the jacket and an in-line heat exchanger with ±1°C precision. Extraction time, temperature, and circulation rate are all programmable.
Without transferring the extract, the system transitions to concentration mode. The same vessel now operates under controlled vacuum (down to -0.095 MPa), lowering the boiling point to 40–60°C. Solvent vapor rises, is condensed in a shell-and-tube condenser, and is collected in a separate recovery tank. The concentrated extract remains in the vessel — no transfer, no intermediate hold time, no oxidation window.
